近日喺The Pottinger hotel開咗間食法國地中海菜嘅Casual dining餐廳✨店名Huso其實係一種盛產魚子醬嘅鱘魚品種,呼應返餐廳嘅主角 — 魚子醬!餐廳環境明亮優雅,又以本地畫家嘅畫作做裝飾,每個角落都充滿藝術感!當大部分嘅菜式都用咗魚子醬同香檳入饌,而調味則以簡單為主,預求品嚐出食材最新鮮嘅味道😚• Dior Egg $258招牌菜Dior Egg其實係晶瑩剔透嘅香檳雞湯啫喱包住半熟蛋,On top再放上一大匙魚子醬,賣相精緻又華麗😳!• 3 Courses Lunch $328(Choice of a Starter, a Main with Daily Dessert & Regular Coffee or Tea)- Bread不得不提呢個麵包籃真係超出色,熱辣辣質感軟熟又重麵粉香,可以話係我食過咁多西餐之中最正嘅麵包籃🥰!- Steak Tartare +$58將新鮮牛肉切成碎粒拌入酸瓜調味,味道出奇地有少少似巨無霸。自家製嘅脆餅食落有啖啖芝士鹹香,果然佢哋嘅bakery都有返咁上下水準🤤- Oyster Champagne Caviar +$68選用

選用嘅生蠔品種屬於偏Creamy類型,無懸念絕對係新鮮貨,再配以魚子醬點綴,鮮味更突出!而且細心地對半切成兩件,可以同伴侶一同分享😚

略嫌調味唔夠惹味香口,外皮亦欠脆度,但肉質就非常嫩滑,整體而言不過不失🫠

慢煮牛臀肉肉質很柔軟,唔需要費力咀嚼。入口牛味濃郁,脂肪不多但細嚼之間亦會品嚐到輕微嘅油潤感😚

是日甜品係芝士蛋糕,正常發揮啦冇咩好特別嘅地方🤣

魚子醬軟雪糕呢個配搭相當有趣🤯個雪糕好香奶味,加埋魚子醬鹹中帶甜咁又唔會好奇怪,同海鹽焦糖有啲異曲同工,都幾得意幾好食😳
