西營盤係我甚少踏足噶地方,經朋友介紹嚟到呢間咁有特色嘅西班牙餐廳,餐廳內色彩斑斕的裝飾令人體會到西班牙熱情的多元文化🇪🇸一個dinner set包括有多款特色tapas ,西班牙海鮮飯及甜品。👅Tapas。每款Tapas都好高質,擺盤精緻🔸伊比利亞黑毛豬火腿黑毛豬火腿的脂肪紋理分布均勻,與塗有橄欖油番茄蓉嘅法包一齊食,火腿的油脂香與番茄的甜酸味相融合,完全展現左火腿獨有的香味。🔸新鮮生蠔肥美飽滿的生蠔配特製嘅醬汁更能將顯生蠔嘅鮮味及礦物味,蠔身食落爽口新鮮冇腥味。🔸吞拿魚他他伴有三文魚籽的吞拿魚他他裝係杯仔入邊真係好靚,將他他倒在黑媽媽的薄脆上一齊食,食落帶有少少鹹鮮味,薄脆似係加左墨魚汁整嘅,甘香的吞拿魚不帶丁點魚腥,入口即融😌🔸火焰帶子西班牙小食除左擺盤精緻之外,仲好有睇頭😆侍應將烈酒倒在擺盤上,點火之後熊熊的烈火將扇貝包圍🔥扇貝上面灑滿火腿粒,衝擊噶畫面滿足了視覺嘅享受🤩煎熟後嘅扇貝鮮甜度媲美刺身,底部是用龍蝦汁炒嘅椰菜仔同埋蘑菇,配菜嗦曬啲海鮮汁,呢味菜嘅細節位多到令我感到驚訝,真正做到色香味俱全!🔸西班牙紅蝦老實講我都係第一次食紅蝦🤔開邊後嘅紅蝦可以清楚看見頭部多到滿瀉嘅金黃

🔸伊比利亞黑毛豬火腿
黑毛豬火腿的脂肪紋理分布均勻,與塗有橄欖油番茄蓉嘅法包一齊食,火腿的油脂香與番茄的甜酸味相融合,完全展現左火腿獨有的香味。
🔸新鮮生蠔
肥美飽滿的生蠔配特製嘅醬汁更能將顯生蠔嘅鮮味及礦物味,蠔身食落爽口新鮮冇腥味。
🔸吞拿魚他他
伴有三文魚籽的吞拿魚他他裝係杯仔入邊真係好靚,將他他倒在黑媽媽的薄脆上一齊食,食落帶有少少鹹鮮味,薄脆似係加左墨魚汁整嘅,甘香的吞拿魚不帶丁點魚腥,入口即融😌

🔸西班牙紅蝦
老實講我都係第一次食紅蝦🤔開邊後嘅紅蝦可以清楚看見頭部多到滿瀉嘅金黃色蝦膏,連同大量蒜蓉同埋橄欖油一齊焗製之後,散發出陣陣蒜香味,將蝦膏同蝦肉撈勻之後配法包片一齊食會冇咁油膩,蝦嘅鮮味尤為突出,配白酒一流🤤
🔸乳豬
烤乳豬係西班牙菜的經典菜式,乳豬仔噶baby fat 入口即融,乳豬皮薄到好似米紙咁,輕輕掂到都會碎,咬落口感好似薯片咁,同時間嫩滑嘅豬肉有超多肉汁爆出嚟,真正做到齒頰留香🤤配雜菌同炒椰菜仔一齊食balance 翻乳豬噶油膩感!

👅西班牙海鮮飯
最後壓軸嘅係成盤西班牙海鮮飯,佢嘅精髓都集中喺鑊底嘅飯焦😋金黃色嘅飯粒表面有好多種海鮮,有魷魚、青口、蝦同蜆肉,飯粒軟硬適,吸收晒海鮮嘅精髓,淡淡都係鮮味,間中食到少少飯焦,口感豐富。

👅西班牙炸脆條配芝士蛋糕
西班牙名物炸脆條表面灑油好多砂糖,新鮮滾熱辣炸出嚟嘅脆條配埋凍冰冰嘅雲呢拿雪糕一齊食,甜得來又唔會太膩,食埋芝士蛋糕就完滿了。

👅La Paloma
招牌cocktail La Paloma 睇落好似一杯普通噶西柚酒精飲品,但飲落竟然會有smoky 嘅味道,唔會太酸,帶有西柚的清香味,酒感適中,同套餐的菜式十分夾!
