To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

家庭式經營的小店，爸爸是大廚前菜：小麵包上配有芝士, 煙三文魚及黑醋。配搭清新，煙三文魚略嫌口感稍淋。主菜：鴨肶意粉，意粉口感適中，醬油炒意粉十分惹味，鴨肉香、嫩。👍👍主菜：豬手👍👍外皮超級香脆，肉質嫩，唔似平時德國菜會實。很愛酸椰菜，確實挺酸的，但仍有淡淡椰菜的香甜，薯蓉有很濃的cream味，喜歡的會覺得很香。驚喜主菜：Wasabi risotto, 意大利飯質感值得讚，時間控制剛好，飯芯透得黎唔會太軟，wasabi 配搭很清新👍👍
