盛情難卻之下,*即日電話預約就有得食*#識人係唔同啲😂講到鮮入圍煮book 枱食飯要一個月後才可有枱。抱著一試的心態。著實的,打邊爐我並不太喜歡,可能先入為主,覺得太油😅一打開門就覺得好似去左大排檔街市一樣,裝潢設計很有特色,很地道。未至於見到琳琅滿目的海鮮檔,但麻雀雖小 ,五臟俱全。各種蝦,貝殼類也一應俱全,你叫得出口的都有。朋友話嚟到必試花膠雞湯底,冰鎮手切安格斯牛肉。既然得2條友,我們叫煲細嘅,嘩,離遠見到湯內好足料,有大大件花膠、半隻雞,店員捧到枱面再幫你將雞剪件,正當想放牛肉落去煮時,朋友喝住「先飲湯」,我抱著半信半疑嘅態度,心諗「真唔真?飲唔飲得咖?」第一口,omg ,正到無朋友,我我們一連飲左2碗。😝😋手切安格斯牛也不比湯底輸。肉色光澤紅潤,有明顯細緻的紋路。👍🏿👍🏿花膠雞湯底一流😋😋啖啖鮮味
