同老best 食飯次次都hotpot ,基本上,都唔會睇價錢就去食,因為價錢貴唔係問題,只要有質素。我地亦一直致力於搵間好,唔洗次次再搵,奈何原來今時今日呢個想法也很難😆😅🥹我就唔北上嘅,又不是什麼支持本土經濟。但本土的hotpot 唔係任食果啲都愈來愈不對辦。好似呢間咁呀,直接說5人行,每人$428。叫左花膠雞,水平正常,飲了幾碗,當然有調味料的「鮮味」其他所有食材也一般,碟牛望就靚食就靭。鱔片亦不爽,得蝦滑同墨魚滑好食整體價格不平,還要額外收「調味料」$15 叫沒有收茶$,當然亦沒有茶提供啦地方非常細,坐得不舒服架!我不斷被侍應往來踢椅腳!不過侍應服務良好的整體不會再去,好多時啲人都會話4百幾蚊會有更好選擇,我都好想知會有什麼更好呢?我冇同大陸比,但自疫情完後,香港食肆真是愈做愈差!另外,本身間野係限2小時,但2小時後也冇full ,亦冇叫我地走,但坐得不舒服,都自動起身轉場了 continue reading

尖沙咀厚福街H8有很多美食,我好鍾意去嗰度搵食,今日就同朋友去火鍋。去了8樓的「鮮入圍煮」,環境整齊清潔,員工服務態度好有禮貌。半只花膠雞湯(小) $308濃郁的花膠雞湯,花膠多,雞嫩滑,當然咁正的雞湯不要立即用來火煱,首先先飲雞湯,補補先,暖暖胃。手切頂級安格斯牛内 $298牛肉新鮮,雪花分布平均,有牛味,口感順滑,而且都很大碟,性價比超高。牛骨髓 $65骨髓質地軟淋淋,滑嘟嘟。胡椒豬肚貢丸 $55貢丸非常彈牙有咬口,一口咬落去,勁多肉汁流出來,很好吃。鮮嫩荀尖片 $43荀片真心幼嫩,沒有渣,有荀味爽口。鮮味炸魚皮 $45脆脆,沒有油膱味。唐生菜 $43顏色青綠,新鮮。罐裝飲品$18膠瓶裝飲品 $20除了火鍋料之外,小食也有很多選擇。 continue reading
