To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

韓式魚板,被甜甜的醬汁完全包裹著,質地嚥韌,好似兒時士多賣的燒魚片零食啊。芝麻大豆芽菠菜,多款前菜之中,我反而覺得依款最好味喎。大豆芽跟菠菜同樣非常鮮甜,爽爽脆脆,而且帶著咸香及微量麻香,充滿水份,送飯好鬼正囉 ﹗要忍忍口啊,唔覺以食飽左就敝,我仲有好多靚烤肉要食架。

泡魷魚,非常有趣,又會那麼嚥韌既?給點牙力地趙,非常有咬口又帶著辛辣,食得過癮。泡蒜芯,其實幾款綠色泡菜既味道都差不多,隨左大白菜帶酸味外,其他都甜甜的呢。

醬油蟹,永遠都係主角,第一道菜必食 ﹗花蟹黎喎,有別於食開既佐敦醬缸呢。雖然呎碼明顯地偏細一點,但蟹膏份量都不少呢。沾上海鮮醬汁既配菜都非常美味,蒜片、青尖椒、紅尖椒、洋蔥絲、等等,全部都送飯一流,淨係依碟醬油蟹都唔記幾碗飯呀 ﹗

但我一定要控制住自己,不能狂吃啊,要留肚、要留肚、要留肚。深橙淺黃蟹膏混上紫菜珍珠飯,再搭上配菜塞入口,那種滿足感不能形容,總之好想大叫好好味呀 ﹗蟹肉軟棉棉,醬汁已完全佔據每個細胞,啜啜啜啜 ﹗實在太美味啊。

辣魚子豆腐湯,嘆完生冷野,黎個熱湯定一定神先。味道比我預期中削喎,普普通通過得去,試左兩啖已經唔多想飲。魚春有點腥,質地有點韌,麻麻地呢。

蔬菜籃,,傳統韓燒烤肉其實會包大量蔬菜呢,好健康。同香港文化肉肉肉同埋肉同海鮮完全兩回事,我喜歡捲埋泡菜、洋蔥、大豆芽、蒜片、辣椒、等等,真係超級生菜包,多種味道與質感,正到無朋友 ﹗

牛側腹,有特別食材梗係要試,從來未食過。顏色及賣相都非常吸引,脂肪紋排列有序。燒個 5 成熟,泛著嬌嫩粉紅跣入口。熱燙燙又香噴噴,極度滑溜多汁啊 ﹗意料之外的軟塾,牛味濃濃,沾上少許醬油就更加滋味。掛住食,不慎黎個全熟牛側腹,當然照食唔可以浪費。故不到熟透的牛側腹牛味更濃,質地變得咬口又彈牙,兩種享受,Good Good ﹗

牛縐胃,又有古怪食材啊,白雪雪起晒縐紋喎。比想象中韌好多,要出點牙加呢 ﹗韌中帶點脆,本身淡口,燒到燋香味道都唔錯,一試無妨。

豬橫隔膜, 顏色紅卜卜既?唔講唔知係牛囉。不單止外觀似牛,就連味道、質感都似埋,真係豬黎?入口味香濃甜美,夠腍又夠棉,好好味,比牛縐胃好食多倍。醃帶子,我厭醃味太濃喇,豐彈性,都好食既。

自家生菜包,最喜歡用生菜捲住烤肉食,仲要加上不同蔬菜、味菜,變得多層次、多味道,好鬼有趣又好鬼好味啊 ﹗夾咩都好食,正﹗
