To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想當年我去咗機場做野，得返小部分餐廳仲有開，咁我就幫襯咗Canteen。嗰日自己一個人食飯，真係好應景，1111咩都自己做。但係如何係哩一日自己食飯又不失禮貌，就係食飯時表現好享受食物，不徐不疾。講返個飯，其實canteen入面啲食物都偏貴，但係佢哩個飯又幾抵食喎，50蚊以內有叉燒、蛋同菜，營養滿分。其實cantenn啲叉燒一向都有啲水準，有少少燶邊。篤爆個蛋撈埋啲飯同叉燒就頂瓜瓜食完個飯又係時候閃人。理直氣壯咁走人，孤獨而又不失霸氣
