To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於到大年初一,辛苦咗成年;出咗花紅,梗係益下自己去旅行輕鬆下。由於坐廉航,吾包餐嘅關係,所以上機前要先食飽飽。大年初一,梗係要食返隻雞賀賀佢,祝賀自己,家人同老友今年都行運一條龍。入閘前我同老友都叫咗叉雞飯,佢叫油雞我叫切雞。大家都減肥,所以例牌叫左個齋啡。呢間canteen 應該係隸屬美心集團;機場黎講,性價比算OK。其實canteen係機場黎講,水準算中等以上,性價比ok。大年初一中午,好多野都售罄。穩陣D就叫左燒味;今日既水準就一般啦,大時大節吾可以要求太高,大家最緊要互相體諒,和氣生財!

機場黎講 都算係平價下午茶叫左個兩併燒味叉燒拼切雞飯 叉燒肥瘦均勻,味道唔錯,有驚喜切雞正常,有兩舊比較鞋口雜果沙律拼雞翼,都係普通罐頭沙律,雞翼有三隻,炸得都脆口雪菜肉絲米粉普普通通座位空間狹窄 坐得比較逼

今日算係我母親👵🏻大人嘅大日子,因為佢👵🏻要自己一個人坐飛機✈️去我妹👩🏻那邊旅行,我同🤴🏻都戥佢緊張肯定要送佢機!😝😝~~~皮蛋瘦肉粥 . XO醬炒米粉~~~$50母親👵🏻大人揀嘅套餐,碗粥我就冇食,但分咗少少米粉俾我同🤴🏻,我覺得硬左D,🤴🏻就話正常😀😀,米粉就偏向淡味😃😃~~~豐料糯米雞~~~$45糯米雞就真係大大隻,裏面有一隻雞翼,該有嘅材料都有,糯米就冇 ‘ 腍啤啤 ’ ,keep 到適當嘅彈性😊😊~~~沙嗲牛肉 . 溫泉蛋出前一丁~~~$61普通一碗沙嗲牛肉麵,今次我就覺得出前一丁煮得太 ‘腍 ’ ,但🤴🏻又話係正常😅😅!隻蛋🍳整得幾好,好流質,有蛋🥚味😀😀整體來講喺機場$155 就有三個套餐(包飲品),而質素亦都唔差算幾好啦😁😁!

山長水遠入機場送機,送完當然要搵嘢食啦結果就嚟咗canteen ,本來都冇乜期望咁叫咗一個燒味拼盤套餐,但係上菜之後食咗一啖就覺得好有驚喜燒味拼盤入邊有叉燒燒鵝同埋油雞。最好食係燒鵝,肉多半肥瘦,佢啲皮都好香油雞叉燒中規中矩,味道都唔錯重點係有一碟菜,令到成餐飯都唔會好肥膩同埋食燒味最緊要係佢啲醬汁,酸梅醬同埋薑蓉配埋啲燒味就真係冇得彈!最後當然要配返一杯地道嘅凍檸茶,例牌少甜少冰。雖然係快餐但係質素都非常唔錯機場速食一流

晨早流流出到機場,坐廉航又冇早餐食,當然要喺入禁區之前填飽個肚啦!機場餐廳選擇好少,再加上聽講疫情後好多餐廳都未開返,好在都搵到間個價錢相對OK既餐廳~我叫咗個A3. 炸魚柳、豬肉腸、煎蛋、茄汁豆 (連熱飲) $43除左西式之外,都仲有中式早餐(粥類)供應,好在唔會因為位處機場就冇乜選擇。不愧為快餐店,出餐都好快手,用點餐機買完,拎張飛交到櫃檯,即刻就可以捧走個餐了!本身以為機場餐廳食物質素會比較低,又貴又唔好食,又估唔到塊魚柳都好夠厚身,啖啖肉咁,個炒蛋又有蛋香,真係有D超乎想像!仲有塊多士竟然係有烘底既!而家出去茶餐廳食,烘個底都要加錢,呢度竟然烘好晒,搽埋個牛油就好美味了~!飲品就冇乜特別,叫咗杯好立克,食飽飽就入禁區上機~入機場坐車都要成粒鐘,以後check-in完之後喺機場慢慢嘆個靚早先行入去,就可以舒舒服服去玩了~
