由細食到大,今日返難得返大埔,梗成要去回味下。~** 招牌雙拼炸雞翼墨魚條米線 $46 ** ~雖然墨魚同雞翼脆粉係偏厚身個種,但唔會覺得好粉感,仲炸得好香脆。特別要讚下佢個雞翼,醃得好入味,加埋脆卜卜嘅雞皮,好味!米線湯底係普通嘅咸味,加埋菜心兩條同少少葱,有啲似屋企呀媽會煮個種,但因為個餸好夠味,反而咁樣加埋呢個普通嘅湯仲配搭。而且四隻雞翼加兩條墨魚卷,呢個價錢嚟講唔算少,係碗麵嘅米量偏少,男人可能未必夠。
