To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 以前讀中學時，零用錢唔多，平時約同學仔食飯，沙嗲王幾乎係首選，貪佢40幾元就有個lunch set (10幾年前), 但出左嚟做嘢就少左食，因為覺得比佢好食嘅餐廳大把，亦可能係讀書時食厭左。以前食開銅鑼灣1期定2期那間沙嗲王，估唔到依家搬左去對面嘅黃金商場，見咁耐無食過，就去食下。可以早到，大概6點半，唔使等好耐就有位，坐低3個人叫個左2人套餐，再散叫啲小食。前菜有泰式無骨鳳爪，蒜泥青瓜，2個都好食。主菜我地就叫左白咖哩豬排飯同雞脾飯，係細個食開嘅味道吖，個餐仲有2杯嘢飲+雪糕。我地再另外叫左個炒蘿蔔糕﹑椒鹽豆腐，見薄餅2元又叫左份嚟點咖哩。埋單每人150左右，食佢嘅情懷，所以覺得抵食。走時見到出面好多人排隊，而入面又座無虛席，真係好生意!
