今天是「全民皆兵」的日子,去到灣仔,先行醫肚。見到傳統的上海菜館,自自然然的走了入去,或者是想緬懷過去吧!正如大部分的上海菜館,餐牌選擇很多,可以各適其適。老公想食飯,便叫了菜心獅子頭客飯($52),我叫了半份小籠包($36)及菜肉雲呑($39)。客飯連例湯(紅蘿蔔排骨老火湯),並可選白飯或菜飯。老火湯落單即上,清甜無味精,好!👍🏻 小籠包也很快便上枱,雖然不見名顕的19摺,亦看似皮薄。入口味道唔錯,肉汁豐富,皮亦很薄,餡料多亦鮮甜,ok! 👍🏻👍🏻獅子頭是濃味煑法,舊上海味道,新派通常不用黑醬油,味道唔錯。獅子頭肉很滑,肥肉不多,美味。加埋白菜及冬荀,很好送飯。最後是菜肉雲吞,雲吞皮薄而滑,菜同肉的比例啱啱好,不單好味,更覺健康。整體而言,是值得推介的上海菜館,價錢亦實惠。

老火湯落單即上,清甜無味精,好!👍🏻 小籠包也很快便上枱,雖然不見名顕的19摺,亦看似皮薄。入口味道唔錯,肉汁豐富,皮亦很薄,餡料多亦鮮甜,ok! 👍🏻👍🏻

獅子頭是濃味煑法,舊上海味道,新派通常不用黑醬油,味道唔錯。獅子頭肉很滑,肥肉不多,美味。加埋白菜及冬荀,很好送飯。
