防疫措施解除,三年後的今天終於可以一家人來個大團圓,年初二食一頓開年飯。選擇中午時段飲茶,訂好檯不用等。進入酒家一眼望去都是大圓檯為主,人人高高興興品嚐美點。我們也不例外,點了大堆美食。開年又怎少得吃雞,皮脆肉嫩,味道很好。素菜配搭好,不油不膩。新春來個橫財就手,豬手件頭大,肉質爽口,醬汁濃厚,惹味。飯質黏糯有口感腐皮煎得香口,餡料漲滿。面層佈滿蠔仔肉,但煎得不夠焦香。帶酒香,豬仔腳一開二,容易吃,又夠入味。懷舊點心,吃得滿滿油光卻不感膩。大大粒,口感結實鳳爪淋滑,汁液浸泡均衡,鹹甜適中。包身軟熟,內裏的香菰雞肉也充足。以半個椰穀盛載,內有粒粒西米,口感軟綿,帶著陣陣椰香,甜度適中。
