今年不約而同地在復活節前席吃到了兔仔麵包。第一款是「大班」的「俏白兔」($10),查實是白朱古力鬆餅。味道超甜,而且兔仔的造形也實在太 hea 了吧 ?!另一款季節限定叫「蘿蔔先生」($8),即是炭燒番薯包,內藏一小件番薯,食落清新,甜度也自然得多。其實廚師大可考慮用真蘿蔔做成「甘荀包」,不是更貼題及健康嗎?
