今年不約而同地在復活節前席吃到了兔仔麵包。第一款是「大班」的「俏白兔」($10),查實是白朱古力鬆餅。味道超甜,而且兔仔的造形也實在太 hea 了吧 ?!另一款季節限定叫「蘿蔔先生」($8),即是炭燒番薯包,內藏一小件番薯,食落清新,甜度也自然得多。其實廚師大可考慮用真蘿蔔做成「甘荀包」,不是更貼題及健康嗎?

都差點唔記得原來還有張食照未發放,既然用得就不要浪費,就將聖誕話中秋吧,冰皮月餅放在這裡吧,還記得當日心情麻麻,這冰皮的焦糖吃起來也不覺甜,而皮也粉粉的黏餬難吃,質素不復當年了,不過也要謝謝朋友的心意。(也是OK面原因)

七月二日 (星期六)從來就喜歡吃曲奇餅行街經過大班,看到包裝極像火柴盒的火柴曲奇二話不說就買了一盒大約有十多枝"火柴"啡色的火柴頭是朱古力,火柴棒固然是牛油每根火柴有大概兩枝鉛筆的粗味道一般...曲奇偏甜,牛油味道不太重始終都不是即焗即吃帶點脆又帶點硬精美的火柴盒用來逗小朋友(或女朋友)歡喜...是不錯的選擇

I’m not sure why but I quite like this. The bread is like that of a pineapple bun, with a crispy top, but with green tea flavour, and the interior is like that of a cocktail bun, but again in green tea flavour and with red beans. At first, I thought it would be just a green bread with plain red bean filling inside, so I was pleasantly surprised when I found that the filling was green as well, with whole red beans. Seemed to me quite original, and it made a good, cheap breakfast. Quality is also quite consistent; every time I buy this, the filling inside is always quite even and adequate.

放工,上堂去. 今日不找算在外宵夜, 就行過大班, 整返個包.看見有Pizza仔, 就去找Pizza. 找到這個Pizza鬆批. 上到課室, 狼狽事件發生. 原來個Pizza幾"痴"底, 把個紙盒底拿走, 弄到滿手是醬. 不過, 鬆批, 鬆軟麵包做底, 面上與PIzza 無別. 軟綿綿的Pizza, 小弟很少食. 而且都幾飽. 因為份量好大. 大班的麵包出品, 果然有一定水準.
