💗 香香宮煮肉丸拼盤·十粒($128)
拼盤包括5款手打丸: 莧菜豬肉丸、鮮牛丸、蟹子墨魚丸、蟹子鮮蝦丸同鵝肝墨魚丸。鵝肝墨魚丸最為驚喜,爽口嘅墨魚丸包住充滿油脂甘香嘅鵝肝粒,非常幸福🐙另外莧菜豬肉丸好有新意,菜蓉冇草青味,配上彈牙嘅肉丸中和番油膩感。不過牛丸就有少少怪,佢冇彈牙嘅口感,反而係好軟滑,但肉味好濃。悲傷小姐一開頭仲以為食緊山竹牛肉😂
💗蟹黃餃·六粒($98)
外面層皮夠薄,放落湯底太耐唔會散開。最抵讚係個餡料,蟹黃份量十足,從外皮就睇到金黃色,咬落去餡料非常結實,啖啖都係蟹肉,果然足料🦀

鵝腸清洗得乾淨,但依然保留腸壁嘅脂肪,所以食落爆出油香。腸身好粗有質感,放湯煮熟後不會太縮水,咀嚼時脆彈煙韌而且鮮味十足,絕對無腥味。果然係悲傷小姐至愛嘅火鍋料😍

脆肉鯇非常大塊,魚肉雪白厚身。食落非常爽脆,不過要小心魚骨,建議點番火鍋醬油,令魚肉更提鮮🐟

💗 香香宮煮響鈴拼盤($78)
包括咗原味和咸蛋黃味。即炸嘅響鈴一上台就熱辣辣。第一啖咬落去非常鬆脆,再放入湯淥一陣,吸收咗湯嘅精華仲食到脆脆嘅口感。而咸蛋黃味則好香濃,食落粉粉地沙沙地,完全唔洗浸湯就已經夠哂特別😋
