To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前晚老婆話要食日本菜咁就同佢由觀塘搭車去加太賀食啦，好多年冇去以為好似以前咁要等好耐先有位.....點知等唔夠五分鐘就有抬(心知不妙)，好喇！兩公婆坐低唔夠三分鐘就決定食咩，諗住叫侍應埋黎點菜，第一個原本向我方向見到我遞手立即令轉臉扮睇唔到，叫第二個又掂行掂過當睇我地唔到(唔通我地透明？)，ok！到叫第三個就黑口黑臉同我講"等陣啦！"，以為佢轉頭會返轉頭幫我落單，點知等多差不多五分鐘都唔見佢返轉頭，唔知點解唔見晒D侍應.......我同老婆打打眼色，123一齊起身走人，最後去左隔離街貴記食麵、生煎牛肉包....加太賀以前同老婆拍拖時成日去食，冇去四年估唔到差成咁，講價錢佢唔算平，講服務佢差得很！普天之下相信只有扒王之王同佢有得揮，聽聞都係因為大老細短視貪人工平，一分錢一分貨係冇錯，香港好細，我懷疑都係同一班侍應班底，請著佢地都算唔好彩！
