To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得假日就黎到沙田踩單車入大尾督(溫馨提示:如果想踩單車嘅朋友建議喺大尾督出發出返沙田,租單車錢會平好多,沙田去大尾督$100,大美督去沙田$40)。以前去親大尾督都係燒烤,今次就試吓新野食泰國餐廳。因為我哋好早就入座所以唔使等位,但後尾七點之後開始爆場,出邊仲有幾枱人要等。不過應該係因為假日所以先咁多人,所以如果大家想試嘅話,平日嚟應該會比較方便,假日仲會收加1服務費。呢間泰國餐廳嘅辣椒仔標準偏唔辣,即係有啲如果佢剩係得一條辣椒仔🌶,就真係一啲都唔辣。我哋嗌左個黃咖喱雞,佢食落去就好似葡汁咁樣,所以食得辣嘅朋友下次可以試吓多辣椒嘅菜式,例如青咖喱,記得要嗌返個薄餅。至於個冬陰功就味道正常,我自己鍾意偏酸嘅就會覺得佢唔夠酸,而辣度我諗都應該係得一條辣椒仔,啱晒唔可以食辣嘅人。個泰式拼盤最好食嘅就係嗰炸蝦餅,炸得好香口。春卷裏面係包住一啲粉絲,味道正常,不過好飽肚。嗰塊葉包住嘅係燒雞,炸得有少少乾身,不過味道可以嘅。至於個魚餅,我本人就覺得佢冇乜味,食落仲有少少腥,怕腥味嘅人要三思。成餐飯最好食最出色嘅係炒菜同泰式豬頸肉!馬拉盞通菜炒到啱啱好唔會過老,個汁又唔會太鹹唔會太辣,蒜蓉椰菜苗都

成餐飯最好食最出色嘅係炒菜同泰式豬頸肉!馬拉盞通菜炒到啱啱好唔會過老,個汁又唔會太鹹唔會太辣,蒜蓉椰菜苗都炒得好夠火喉!泰式豬頸肉夠薄唔會太肥膩,出邊有好香脆,記得一定要點咖喱辣汁,個辣汁先係精華,不過辣椒仔指數偏高,我自己會俾佢三條辣椒仔🌶🌶🌶。
整體來講上菜速度都可以,服務態度幾好,食物嘅份量就正常。
