本來同男朋友plan好嚟緊11月去韓國睇紅葉,點知佢公司突然出announcement話唔比11月攞假,真係嬲到震!男朋友為左氹返我,應承成個月都同我成韓國菜補返數,同埋任我買韓國護膚品,咁就算佢啦,今晚佢就揀左呢間喺佐敦嘅餐廳同我開餐!首先歎下免費豐富前菜,總共有7款,好味,好正,好開胃,食下食下心情都即刻變返好。作為一名韓粉加職業吃貨,次次食韓菜必點芝士炒年糕,最鍾意佢一上到檯,熱辣辣既煙氣帶著香辣味散出黎,將d芝士同年糕mix埋黎食,煙煙韌韌口感一流,最正係入面仲有埋韓國拉面,粗粗地既麵質索晒d辣汁,兩個人share分量剛剛好。今晚既主角係韓國國民美食一:土豆豬骨湯!土豆即係馬鈴薯,d薯仔慢慢熬到成泥狀,冒著燙口既風險都等唔切放入口,勁鬆軟,而d豬骨就燉到好嫩,直接用手攞住食先夠過癮,咬落軟軟嫩嫩,其實輕輕一撥d骨同肉就會分離,熱辣辣由頭暖到腳,而家有少少涼既天氣食係唔錯。辣辣地既湯頭配飯一流,好濃郁好好味。呢道既食物味道夠正宗地道,加少少幻想就當自己喺韓國囉!
