去東涌找BT21打卡,順度覓食,逛了一圈,被QUE的二人餐餐牌吸引,最低消費4百多元,有湯/沙律、小食、主食、壽司塔可、甜品和飲品,算是很划算,便決定入去。作為一個貓奴,見到貓貓的佈置心心眼了。跟餐沙律有新鮮沙律菜、車厘茄、青瓜、波蘿配柚子醋汁,清爽醒胃。是日餐湯:甘筍湯口感比較像打得很細的甘筍泥,濃郁的甘筍味,但不會太重甘筍的草青味。脆炸單骨雞翼 配 辛子明太子醬 (8件)上桌時剛炸起熱騰騰的,咬下去外層香脆,內裡雞肉軟滑多汁,點上辛子明太子醬更惹味。鰻魚玉子壽司塔可鰻魚和玉子的口感一樣軟綿綿,配上脆卜卜的炸紫菜,那個反差感很有越,加上香甜的醬汁,還有清爽的青瓜絲,感覺豐富有層次不會太膩。辣味帆立貝壽司塔可 (+$10)帆立貝有火炙的焦香,中間保留鮮嫩,配惹味辣汁也不會被搶掉味道,加上生菜,中和了油膩感。軟殼蟹意粉 配 蟹肉番茄忌廉汁 軟殼蟹炸得香口不太油,番茄忌廉汁味道香甜帶微酸很開胃,濃稠度恰到好處,可以均勻掛在意粉上,蟹肉的量也不少,很易便吃到蟹肉,意粉軟硬度剛好很好咬。因為餐牌把特色飲品拍得很美,便決定加價點2款特飲。右:甜甜酸酸梳打 (+$38)聞起來很香,一入口有驚喜,楓

因為餐牌把特色飲品拍得很美,便決定加價點2款特飲。
右:甜甜酸酸梳打 (+$38)
聞起來很香,一入口有驚喜,楓糖的香甜充斥口腔,再加上檸檬的酸味和青檸的清新,很複雜的味覺感受。
左:香桃富士梳打 (+$38)
這款比較簡單,就是白桃味的梳打帶富士蘋果香,2款水果的香甜味很搭,誰也不搶誰,也沒有過甜。

炭燒咖啡提拉米蘇盒子 配日式蕨餅(+$10)
外面看來平平無奇,但吃前即加的酒讓整個甜品酒味更濃,口感更濕潤,還有滿滿咖啡香。


不過最重點還是藏在中間的蕨餅,口感Q彈Q彈的,很好吃。

這裡無論環境和餐點都很適合打卡,整體食物質素也不錯,價錢方面有點小貴,但如果選擇二人餐價錢會相宜點。
