To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 二月十日(星期一)撈起! 撈起! 撈到風山水起!農曆年間,在面書總是被美心的鮑撈起洗版年初二與父母到八月花食開年飯時也想點一客來撈起一下...可惜是要預訂的...可幸,是晚出席美心集團的新春及情人節博客聚會,終於有機會一試喇吃飯前,先由美心餅廚教授用杏仁粉製作玫瑰花真是既浪漫又玩得開心!鮑撈起,當然有鮑魚喇,原來還有三文魚!侍者為我們依着單張上的次序,與眾人一起「撈起」,真的極具玩味!每款材料也有吉祥喻意,下年真的要帶家人一齊來「撈起」喔!香脆的乳豬皮總今人停不了口皮下脂肪少,不覺油膩肉加上乳豬醬,更帶出肉香~包羅萬有福滿盆用料豐富又矜貴,鮑魚冬菇, 花膠瑤柱等樣樣齊食材放得滿滿的,就如迷你小盆菜味道也不欺場,尤其是大大等的花膠,實在是女生恩物在我倆喜宴中,也以燕窩代翅是晚美心也帶來了滋潤美顏的蟹黃雞茸燴燕窩金黃色的蟹黃湯羹,滿口也是豐富的燕窩又吃到細細粒的雞肉,又多添一份口感金菇瑤柱扒翠苗適逢是吃豆苗的佳期,鮮嫩爽口配以稠身茨汁及切絲瑤柱,配搭絲絲入扣是晚氣温急降,與上星期相比,也有十度之差寒冷的天氣,總令人想食碗暖粒粒的糯米飯這碗錦繡糯米飯來得正合時,遠遠已聞到腊味香氣糯米飯煙韌且

開年飯聚吃甜品,又怎少得有寓意團團圓圓的湯圓呢?
上幾次吃到的也是薑湯,是晚吃到的則伴以南瓜露,味道特別
南瓜露香甜味美,夾雜著粒粒小西米,口感豐富
碗內的兩粒芝麻湯圓真的皮薄餡靚,小口咬開,芝麻餡已見澎湃湧出
以此作結,實在完美~
