To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 開關效應人客幾有七八成, 點了套餐含: 古法蒸多寶魚, 薑蔥粉絲蝦煲, 太座另加了南乳炆粗齋, 今餐走紅肉👏👏
先上南乳炆粗齋, 煲仔上熱度足, 南乳香氣撲鼻, 佐米飯的好餸, 粗齋材料亦有助清清年假中大吃大喝的腸胃👏
薑蔥粉絲蝦煲, 中蝦份量夠, 以粉絲墊底, 正好吸收薑蔥配料及蝦味, 入口味感正 😋😋
多寶魚多是冰鮮, 所以魚肉質素不能過高, 捨清蒸而用古法, 巧妙避開魚的腥味, 效果十分理想, 魚肉入口有爽滑感, 魚味亦重😋😋
這個品牌家常便飯十分可靠, 中規中矩的一餐中式晚飯👏👏
正因為無打算寫,所以只影一張馬拉糕相$29,無心理準備,以為都係一般,鬆自然要有,有瓜子仁面,都滿意,但有黃/黑糖香甜,當一口咬入,有驚喜,令人愉悅,有油份不會笠口,有水份又唔會太濕,甜度我喜,正
其次,桑寄生蛋茶$36,又係估唔到,係細碗已知,以為無蓮子,因為無寫但有,桑寄生香濃,雖然貴的,都值;另一個紅豆沙$29,因海港明星,都無蓮子但有寫,我要食陳皮蓮子紅豆沙!終於有,紅豆大大粒,有紅豆味,無溝粉,不稠,水質自然多些,滿意!
四寶燒賣上面分別有 髮菜, 鮑魚仔, 瑤柱同埋帶子 ,下層燒賣味道同普通燒賣一樣 。配住上層 嘅鮑魚仔,帶子,發菜同埋瑤柱,再淋上蠔油汁黎食,好有新春氣氛!
清蒸桂花馬蹄糕就比較少見 ,好冧,食落口暖暖哋 , 入口帶有一絲桂花味味道清甜, 口感煙韌 ,係一道唔錯嘅甜品。 新年梗係要點年糕食啦!一如過往,煙韌得嚟又唔會太痴喉。
另一道點心係排骨蒸陳村粉,啲粉索哂排骨嘅精華,非常之入味。
不過呢次冷盤個燻蹄比較遜色, 雪到好似舊冰咁, 食落仲有啲冰粒, 唔太掂
- 燒鵝瀨粉
蛋撻唔夠熱唔夠新鮮,蛋唔夠滑,味道一般。
叉燒酥同樣唔算好熱,但係酥皮夠鬆化夠脆,味道中規中矩。
腸粉反而非常細滑,夠熱亦好食,值得一讚。
鹹水角味道很差,感覺像是放耐左,漏了氣一樣,完全吾脆吾新鮮,失分不少。
燒鵝瀨粉30多元一碗,但竟然有燒鵝髀供應,雖然燒鵝髀比較細隻,亦唔算好多肉,但都算是不錯了。
芋頭糕唔夠熱,又係煎得唔算好新鮮,同埋咬落去粉比較多,比較硬,吾算好食。
煎藕餅入面嘅肉非常之霉爛,口感很差,實在有點失望。
乾炒肉片河,肉片份量非常之少,河粉亦炒得比較油膩,但味道是不錯的。
整體來講,餐廳環境係非常之好,可惜食物質素一般,可能餐廳的冷氣比較大,就算煮好的食物,溫度很快便變冷,吃起來點心像是不夠熱,希望下次再來會有改善吧~
