很久沒有造訪上環順德中心的美心皇官酒樓,今次特來午膳,與部長聊天才得悉這間位於地庫下的美心皇宮酒樓在近兩年疫情期間也照常營業,屹立不倒👍選了鮮蝦腸粉丶蝦餃丶鵪鶉蛋燒賣,點心精緻美味;回味豬手仔,肉質鮮嫩,非常惹味,有嚼勁;鹵水鵝掌翼,烹調入味,有嚼感;最後來了一碗叉燒飯來結束這顿午餐。

四寶燒賣上面分別有 髮菜, 鮑魚仔, 瑤柱同埋帶子 ,下層燒賣味道同普通燒賣一樣 。配住上層 嘅鮑魚仔,帶子,發菜同埋瑤柱,再淋上蠔油汁黎食,好有新春氣氛!

清蒸桂花馬蹄糕就比較少見 ,好冧,食落口暖暖哋 , 入口帶有一絲桂花味
味道清甜, 口感煙韌 ,係一道唔錯嘅甜品。 新年梗係要點年糕食啦!一如過往,煙韌得嚟又唔會太痴喉。

已經很久沒有來這裡飲茶了。最初來的時候,已是十年前!當時每次遇上平日放半晝(當時返前線工作),就會相約家人到這裡飲茶。因為不是經常放半晝,所以每次都很珍惜,每次都吃得瘋狂,價錢已不是考慮之列!之後轉了寫字樓工,就沒有平日早走的機會,自然亦沒有再來的理由。今天再來,地方依然寬敞,下午茶依然有不少人等位,這些和從前的都沒變。留不住的,是質素,亦是最可惜的。有些點心以前是必點的,魚雲,腸粉,蝦餃等,如今全部都不外如是。唯一叫做可以的,是我媽喜歡的甜豆糕,和以前沒有的燒鵝瀨粉。今天試了柚皮鴨掌,也是可以的。整體來說,如果要尋回昔日的美好,似乎只能在回憶中尋找。

打去book位,話需要房,跟住間酒樓經理同我講要每人最低消費要350蚊,仲要話如果要房,就要10圍。甘我book 16人,食多2圍,都算數啦。甘經理就話可以叫小菜同點心啦,甘我問我老闆訂唔訂,佢話訂。好啦,訂左,跟住間酒樓,無端端whatsapp 張菜單俾我,仲要話要我地落1000蚊訂以作實喎,我同啲同事睇完,一啲都唔想食,唔啱食,所以就whatsapp問返佢,係唔係一定要跟佢菜單,佢話係。跟住間酒樓小姐就打俾我,話係要跟個菜單,唔係冇房,我就同個佢講,頭先你經理話可以叫小菜同點心個喎。個小姐話,甘同返經理講。甘收左線,我等經理打返俾我。點知個小姐仲whatsapp同我講,一定要菜單嫁,唔係冇房。個下焗鬼氣,打去酒樓,同佢理論。同佢講,想點,係唔係真係要跟佢菜單,先有房呀,我就同小姐講叫你個經理同我講。個小姐仲講一大論嘢,話經理好忙,招呼個客,又話招呼完客,會打返俾我,大約15分鐘。過左15分鐘,見甘耐都冇打黎,咪打返去,個小姐話佢經理招呼完客,走左去食飯,話頭先冇同佢講,話17:30打返黎。17:30個經理打返黎,我就走去問佢,你頭先話可以叫小菜同點心個喎,仲乜而傢要硬食你個菜單,仲要係由酒樓自己安排菜單,個經理非常之好笑,講左句,自己冇講,仲大大聲講,我係講要跟菜單先有房。都忽忽地,我就同佢講,甘唔係每個人都鍾意食你而設個菜單個喎,甘有啲人唔食個樣呢樣,點解唔可以叫自己鍾意食嘅嘢呢。同佢理論一段時間,個經理最後話個菜單都可以改其他嘢嘅,改嘅部分只係點心囉,小菜冇得改。甘我話再諗諗,要睇下老細點。個經理就好串咀,甘講你諗下先囉,仲之就要跟菜單嘅小菜去,先有房囉。真係唔稀罕食你呢間酒樓,大把餐廳酒樓有得訂。仲要訂左間多款過你呢間冇禮貌嘅酒樓。cheap爆cheap爆cheap爆cheap爆cheap爆cheap爆

二人套餐抵食每人為起只係百幾蚊,味道唔差這個價錢簡直抵食。本來經OpenRice點歺自取兼取里數,但到11點幾都落唔到餐,打去美心皇宮問佢話已經開咗機,所以最後都係經電話直接同美心職員落order。去到佢哋好忙好多人但仍有禮貌👍🏻。

上環美心皇宮裝修完後,第一次再度光顧,詁吾到下午茶時段多人到接近坐滿,酒樓本身其實已經非常之大,座位亦非常之多同闊落,不過相信價格便宜亦是很多長者和退休人士的好選擇,所以下午茶時段,實在吸引到很多公公婆婆來幫襯,今日我亦同家人來試下午茶。蛋撻唔夠熱唔夠新鮮,蛋唔夠滑,味道一般。叉燒酥同樣唔算好熱,但係酥皮夠鬆化夠脆,味道中規中矩。腸粉反而非常細滑,夠熱亦好食,值得一讚。鹹水角味道很差,感覺像是放耐左,漏了氣一樣,完全吾脆吾新鮮,失分不少。燒鵝瀨粉30多元一碗,但竟然有燒鵝髀供應,雖然燒鵝髀比較細隻,亦唔算好多肉,但都算是不錯了。芋頭糕唔夠熱,又係煎得唔算好新鮮,同埋咬落去粉比較多,比較硬,吾算好食。煎藕餅入面嘅肉非常之霉爛,口感很差,實在有點失望。乾炒肉片河,肉片份量非常之少,河粉亦炒得比較油膩,但味道是不錯的。整體來講,餐廳環境係非常之好,可惜食物質素一般,可能餐廳的冷氣比較大,就算煮好的食物,溫度很快便變冷,吃起來點心像是不夠熱,希望下次再來會有改善吧~
