To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

除了兩款有牌子的雪糕和海膽手卷ok之外,海膽手卷仲要排隊才可以取,其他全部食物都極度難食😡🤬😡🤬。難怪香港人無法留港消費,魚生完全無味道,好似食緊塑膠咁。熟食又太鹹,賣相亦不吸引,完全食唔到食物的味道。叫咗又唔想嘥,難為自己仲要繼續食。這間殿仲話叫最好,其實猶如垃圾。坊間任何一間旋轉壽司都好過佢好多,一家四口消費$1500真的接受不了😖真係對香港食肆大失所望,真的支持不落⋯⋯😕🙁☹️😣😖😫😩
