To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 頭盤先黎左個炸魷魚圈, 皮薄又酥脆, 而且魷魚炸得唔乾身,仲好淋,很美味🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻

主餐點了烤羊架, 羊肉烤得很粉嫩, 保留很多肉汁, 上面有特製蒜蓉芥辣醬, 非常配合🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻

另一個主菜是非洲雞真的非常出色, 醬汁有少少辣, 同埋有好香沙爹味及椰奶香,味道很多層次 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻

最後點了蘋果批作甜品, 即叫即焗, 餡料都非常多, 仲有好香肉桂味 🌻🌻🌻
