To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚來到這間食店,真係一個意外嘅驚喜🌟!首先呢,呢度嘅氣氛真係一流,海邊微風,拌住輕鬆嘅氛圍,已經令人心情超正!好啦,講返正題,食物方面,先嚟嘅西班牙海鮮湯真係鮮到彈牙,湯底又濃郁得嚟唔膩口,飲一啖嘴巴都開心得滔滔。麵包配上香草牛油,啖啖鬆化,係真心勁!喂,我都話咗今日嘅重點係食物啦!嚟到主菜,鵝肝同帶子沙律,啫喱嘅鵝肝豐腴得黎唔肥膩,同埋鵝肝底嗰片多士配搭,哎喲,好嘢!💫講到斷片嘅芝士焗龍蝦配薯茸,真係掂晒!龍蝦肉好夠味,鮮甜彈牙,嗰芝士香濃得來又唔搶咗龍蝦嘅鋒頭,薯茸就更加得意,細滑得黎仲帶點點小薯粒嘅口感,健康之選呀!👍最後,安格斯牛柳同大蝦,啲牛柳真係柔軟又多汁,仲有股淡淡嘅牛香,大蝦就肯定係贏家,唔使多話,啲大小同熟度掌握得啱啱哋,滿足!今晚食咗一頓咁豐富,境界提升嘅晚餐,真係開心到飛起!下次都要再嚟,同朋友分享下呢份滿足!

嘩,今日食完我都要話你知,The Bay既海鮮火焰披薩真係正到彈起!🍕芝士滑滑地,海鮮新鮮,啖啖肉感,多得嗰脆卜卜既邊仲要一啖接一啖。撈地菜肉醬意粉都唔錯喎,個肉醬香濃得嚟又唔甩底,撈埋意粉,真係過癮!🍝跟住話你知,啲紅酒燴牛肉好過癮,牛肉腍滑,個醬汁得意得嚟唔膩口,真係令人一試難忘。啲燒雞又香又滑,入口即化,啖啖肉汁咁,真係食得我心都暖笠笠。🍷最後甜品個檸檬撻,酸酸甜甜,唔會太膩,襯完嗰既一頓大餐正正好。店家既氣氛幾好,望住海邊食飯,真係差啲忘記返屋企。整體嚟講,唔止食物正,連環境都係一流嘅享受。記得,如果想搵個放鬆氣氛食飯,來呢度準冰冇錯!

雖然餐廳位於海邊,經常有帶狗人士和狗狗在沙灘遊玩後光顧該餐廳。然而,餐廳職員卻對狗狗並不友善,讓狗主不感到受歡迎。餐廳職員經常如訓導主任般對狗狗指指點點,警惕審查狗主和狗隻的動向,讓人心情緊張。另外,也經常指責狗主,這個不許,那個不許,大煞風景和心情。本來帶狗狗想來開心遊玩,最後經常被職員弄得十分尷尬和不快。希望職員能改善對狗狗的態度,畢竟餐廳顧客群之一乃帶狗隻來海邊遊玩的狗主們。餐廳一方面做著狗主的生意,一方面在多方面表示出對狗狗的不歡迎和不友善,讓人十分失望。

今日由香港仔坐船出發到南丫島模達灣,試下呢間海景西餐廳 the bay ,享受一個超正午餐頭盤先黎左個炸魷魚圈, 皮薄又酥脆, 而且魷魚炸得唔乾身,仲好淋,很美味🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻主餐點了烤羊架, 羊肉烤得很粉嫩, 保留很多肉汁, 上面有特製蒜蓉芥辣醬, 非常配合🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻另一個主菜是非洲雞真的非常出色, 醬汁有少少辣, 同埋有好香沙爹味及椰奶香,味道很多層次 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻最後點了蘋果批作甜品, 即叫即焗, 餡料都非常多, 仲有好香肉桂味 🌻🌻🌻當渡假staycation 咁入去食下野放鬆下都超級正 星浪餐廳 (南丫島)南丫島模達灣7號

朋友見到youtube介紹這位於模達灣隱世海灘的西餐廳及餐廳老板的故事,剛巧我們想找一間未去過又有特式的餐廳,於是在不繁忙的星期四來吃個午餐。餐廳前面便是寬闊海灘,十分舒適,由於當日餐廳只得幾枱人,我和友人在座位全方位拍照也拍了很久才點菜。 我們點了法式海鮮湯,兩個主菜包括大蝦車厘茄拌白菌闊麵及扒海魚伴香草汁,最後還點了蘋果批。最初看餐牌覺得價錢也不平,尤其通常外面的餐廳午市也有套餐,而但這兒想是主要做遊客生意,只有一個散餐牌。但上菜實在令人有驚喜,海鮮湯一端出來便是香味濃郁,而且熱度非常足夠。外面很多西餐廳在上菜的熱度方面不夠講究,湯類及食物水準因而打了折扣。這兒2個主菜也同樣熱度足夠,味道很好。扒魚據聞是這兒有名的一個菜式,果然這煎出來的魚肉地很滑,只是我個人不太喜歡吃𩶘魚這類。最後是我們至愛的蘋果批,雖然不是以前吃過的用蛋撻餅皮,而是用酥皮,但因熱度夠而且餡料好味,一上菜便聞到桂皮香味令人垂涎。我和朋友也非常享受這個一邊欣賞美麗海景,又食得輕鬆自在的午餐。這間隱世餐廳值得再去,餐廳雖然裝修很一般,但如果享受半戶外用餐環境的客人應該會滿意。
