相信好多人都聽過呢間食牛角包都要排哂長龍既灣仔bakehouse!前排趁住weekend,就去試試佢個牛角包係咪真係咁掂🤤個個黎食都係食傳統既西式野,今次一場黎到一於試下佢成個menu最fusion既菜式!一上到黎都幾有驚喜,估唔到waffles都有四大舊,每塊都有返咁上下既厚度,兩塊炸雞就正常size,最估唔到既係佢竟然配左薑蓉比我地點黎食🙊首先,佢個雞肉質幾嫩滑,外面淋左帶小小甜同微微辣既醬,好特別,但就唔係好襯佢個名「麻辣」🤭 而撈埋個薑蓉一齊食就完全比佢遮住左個味,即刻好似落左燒味舖咁🤣 我prefer佢原本個醬多啲!而佢個waffles唔知係咪擺左係啲雞下面,搞到腍左同索左啲油,口感麻麻地,但炸雞的確幾唔錯👍🏻而呢到既名物牛角包🥐岩岩出爐仲熱辣辣,咬落去好多碎碎跌出黎,證明真係好多層酥皮!一入口牛油味超濃郁,仲要外脆內軟😍 雖然入面鬆軟,但咬落個包有小小chewy,口感幾中意,好容易一啖接一啖就食哂成個😆 但成個食哂其實都幾膩,太牛油啦🤣本身中意奶茶味既野,見到佢又覺得幾特別就嗌左!呢個食落似硬版既墨西哥包,因為佢外皮真係幾硬下,可以話脆🤣 而入面既奶茶cream好多,味道係

本身中意奶茶味既野,見到佢又覺得幾特別就嗌左!呢個食落似硬版既墨西哥包,因為佢外皮真係幾硬下,可以話脆🤣 而入面既奶茶cream好多,味道係偏西式既紅茶味,但可惜既係茶味欠奉,而且食起上黎比較甜,我自己就麻麻地呢種味啦,而且呢個性價比都相對低左啲🤭
其實我地仲食左蛋撻,但想襯熱食就唔記得左影相🤣 佢話就話蛋撻,但其實食落似西式甜品多啲,佢個撻皮係用左牛角包個皮,牛油好香,但咬落就煙煙韌韌咁。而個蛋好厚身,食落甜甜地,仲好滑,好似食緊牛角包加焦糖燉蛋咁,個人而言,幾中意呢個combination😋
總括而言,我覺得bakehouse始終都係食pastries可取啲,特別係牛角包同蛋撻,黎到一定要試!😍 不過呢間店長期多人,weekend 11點去到已經排哂長龍🤦🏻♀️ total等左1個鐘先入到🤯 強烈建議weekday下午茶時段黎會較好🤣
