To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

全港最高的自助餐

在Klook買了兩位自助午餐，$530 per one. 星期一的中午和太太放假過嚟試下。落了一星期的雨🌧️，今日難得短暫放晴🌞。餐廳地方並不大，見到梳化及餐布等都比較舊。擺設亦𠲍似五星級的酒店餐廳。只有3-4張窗邊位。我們被安排係窗邊第二張梳化位。先取了海鮮🦐及魚生，味道及新鮮度都好普通。熟食區的南瓜🎃蟹皇湯🥣幾好飲，叉燒就好靚、好味😋牛肉🥩都好重牛味，Encore 咗一𨍭。甜品🍮是最出色的一環，樣樣都好味想食😋。尤其是crème brûlée, 我和太太都食左2個。最後食埋生果🍓同雪糕🍦𥦬外的美景整體自助餐選擇並不多，食物方面質素亦不高，甜品出色。飲品方面，亦唔似其他自助餐任飲，只限每人一杯餐茶🥤。但賣點就是全港最高自助餐及窗外的靚景，一試無妨。
