To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天是放假的日子，不過入長洲前先來到天后上香祈福，保佑事業一帆順，全家人平平安安、身體健康。隨後經過一間全素的素食餐廳，餐廳標明絕無用蔥蒜，看看午餐餐牌價錢都不是太貴，最後決定停下來吃個午餐。 店鋪環境較細，會坐得迫少少，但是都好夠空調，地方企理，感覺都不錯。素食微調現在踏入4週年，現在推出了午餐優惠，優惠時段是由11:00am至17:30pm(但星期六、日及公眾假期除外)，滋味健康素食套餐中有超級土耳其卷、素食漢堡包、雜菜糙米飯等......以上套餐送細果汁或餐湯一個，轉大杯果汁另加$15。等待午餐時，店員送上了一個餐前的沙律，內有芒果肉、紅菜頭、雜沙律菜、哈蜜瓜等，味道甜甜酸酸，令人醒胃。跟餐的飲品我選擇了紅寶石（蘋果、芹菜、紅菜頭）鮮榨果汁，都是即叫即榨，果香鮮甜，飲下冰涼可口，而且健康又有益。主食方面我點了鮮茄炒雜菜意大利粉，採用的鮮茄炒香意粉，有車厘茄、翠玉瓜、茄子、雜菌等.....蔬菜餡都好足，而且都好爽口鮮甜，意粉份量足，啖啖茄蓉香又掛汁，爽口彈牙。旁邊有一些炒雜菜伴碟，椰菜絲、木耳、菠菜、茄子、甘筍等.....炒得好香又爽口，晤油膩，吃過後非常滿足。服務都有禮貌又nic
