To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Carbonara ($138)嗌嘅呢四款嘢食入面，冇一樣野令我失望。Carbonara濃味又creamy，永遠都唔會出錯既意粉。蕃茄肉腸寬麵 ($158)我覺得蕃茄肉腸寬麵好有驚喜，個汁酸酸地好開胃而且同個忌廉汁好夾🤩，加上個肉腸都好好食，呢個意粉真係要encore先得。松露醬雙色薯條 ($88)有蕃薯條同薯條，炸到勁香脆，點埋個松露醬，真係冇得頂😝玫瑰千層蛋糕 ($48)呢個蛋糕千層做到幾好，不過玫瑰味就唔係好出，打卡係幾靚既，不過留意翻，蛋糕要睇當日凍櫃有咩款，未必日日一樣嫁。
