水記- 潛規則多多 ,牛腩不能淨食必須配粉面,不能雙拼,牛雜不能雙拼,冇耐性的話可以不用等,呢樣限量果樣限量,但係當你飲到第一口湯嘅時候你就會發現人哋係用心做一碗麵,同九記及大埔群記比較,水記湯底清甜舒服,如果你冬天食真係有種幸福嘅感覺,夏天食汗流浹背又係另一種享受每日限定一碗牛沙瓜,即係牛胃,我絕對唔係一個牛雜控,但我每次都係為咗牛沙瓜而去,當然仲有脆骨,其實限定嘅仲有牛脆骨、炸雲吞、魚皮。可能你會問我點解冇得雙拼但係我有咁多款: 牛沙瓜,脆骨,牛胸油、爽腩 ,呢碗係 Omakase , 尤其嗰兩件爽腩邊更加係不得之了,我都唔敢問太子幾時會再有呢啲極品,總之真係識太子好過識字
