To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶可以抽空去嘆茶,多數都係抱住開心而輕鬆嘅心情,但分分鐘因爲—件小事而影响整日嘅心情時間大約係兩點零五分到達,等位等咗約十分鐘,新裝修後第一次去,等候時間竟然快咗成倍,但到攞枱埋位時先至收到帶位員講:兩位以下必定要撘枱!!!心諗呢句係乜野説話呀,語氣又重又差,一埋枱己經有四對2人組共八人坐張大枱坐埋落去成十人,今時今日竟然發生呢D事,大集團就可以咁對待客人?點心大部份都係唔熱,只係微暖,雖然質素平平,但唔熱己大打折扣,兩個人叫咗六個點心都係咁,D位迫到驚隔離位嘅阿伯夾錯我D點心,心情差到唔想比食評,幾個月內一定唔會再去,埋單$177,掉底$180轉身即走,覺得自己去咗間地踎茶樓,飲咗餐好委屈嘅下午茶
