To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Staycations at L’Hotel Island South既然係趁酒店大割價,當然堅持用最優惠嘅價錢食最好嘅嘢。逛下逛下,見到啲燒味好靚,入到去見到餐牌⋯真係抵食夾大件。二人餐:有兩個餸,其中一個重要係蒸魚,兩碗白飯,有湯或飲品。130蚊都唔使埋單。真係平到你唔信!通菜炒牛肉火候十足,牛肉嫩滑。豉油蒸倉魚,雖然不及豆豉蒸咁惹味但係都已經10分足夠。掛住食條魚都唔記得影相😅。餸及飯溫度都恰到好處。👍🏻老板、侍應及大廚合作無間,相互補位。落單後不忘一句多謝,上菜時亦會説句:慢慢食。滿滿人情味,亦不做作。盡顯香港人茶餐廳的味道⋯⋯最後,食客亦好有禮貌及人情味。話說進去時,餐廳已坐滿。因為疫情關係,好多單人坐一張枱。再行一轉,有兩位食客都去埋單,讓出座位。真香港人!難得!時代抗疫!康復香港!
