To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐都冇飲茶食點心喇,今日係第一次去添好運食點心,一直都知道佢好出名,但就唔知原來佢價錢都幾平,好抵食。通常人多食點心可以嗌多d野樣樣都試下,不過今次我地兩個人都嗌左8樣,好飽好滿足。酥皮焗叉燒包,個皮甜甜地,有d似墨西哥包,叉燒好多,蜜汁好甜,熱辣辣食好正,但我就嫌佢甜左少少。蘿蔔糕,一夾就散,亦唔覺得佢係剛剛煎起,幾失望。鮮蝦餃,個皮唔算煙韌但夠簿,蝦有彈性,唔錯。叉燒腸,比出面酒樓細條d,味道不過不失,下次應該會試下個帶子腸。馬拉糕,都係比出面酒樓細件,我本身對馬拉糕無感,只覺味道正常。燒賣,好食有咬口,睇張相都知蒸氣好勁好熱,不過有d唔明點解會配杞子,偏食既我挑走左冇食,所以話唔到俾大家知到底燒賣同杞子夾唔夾。鮮竹卷,冇咩特別,正常水平。豉汁鳳爪,鳳爪大隻有肉,豉汁夠入味。有d猶豫要俾笑哈哈定係OK,如果抱住食米芝蓮既心態,相信係會失望既,但佢作為一間點心專門店,我又會同意佢屬於中上水平,性價比高,encore機會大,所以就俾個笑哈哈啦!
