To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假日與友同行,兩個飯桶走經一家韓國料理餐廳,一起吃韓飯。飯桶一叫了一客溫泉蛋加雞肉加珍珠飯。飯桶一覺得這客飯跟一般韓國石鍋飯相差無幾,都是混入一些雞肉、泡菜、紫菜、等等進飯裏去,加上滑溜溜的溫泉蛋,淋些韓式汁料一起吃,珍珠飯未算太珍珠,倒不算黏口,而且因為石鍋存溫存得好,熱度十足。飯桶二的是蟹柳加手握珍珠飯。食材跟飯桶一的差不多,仍然是泡菜、紫菜、芽菜之類的東西,不過肉食轉為蟹柳。只是要用手卷起飯和食材來吃,食味都是雷同,不過飯當然沒有那麼熱,加點韓式辣醬較為提味。這兩個飯,未盡飯桶意。
