To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在八號風球下，朋友們都特別想往外跑，特別想一起玩，咁就即興去流浮山食海鮮，懷著興奮的心情打電話去龍如試下看看八號風球有無開，竟然有，平時食過流浮山其他海鮮館，今次想試試龍如去到門口先揀海鮮，兩隻肉蟹，蜆，一條龍躉整兩味，瀨尿蝦試說蟹，很好味，不過鑊氣爭啲啲，但都不錯蜆，無咩肉，但鮮甜龍躉兩味，聽就最出名，但食落普通，炸個碟香口，炒球麻麻，魚質偏淋瀨尿蝦可能選中型，無用成餐飯最滿意是炒飯，粒粒鮮明，蛋很足夠，很香口，很多蝦，每人食了三，四碗，都大份有魚湯送，很鮮甜整體來說，不錯，但我食過咁多間，龍如是最貴
