上星期同一個好耐冇見既朋友見面,大家都係港島區返工,所以就來到大坑搵下野食聚舊 =]大坑食甜品就多,dinner 就真係未試過,經過八寸料亭,就決定試下啦! 入到去,望望 menu,就被個會席料理吸引住,於是就同朋友一人叫左一 set !第一道 - "赤海鼠酢",其實它係海蔘,師傅切到好薄,但食落好有口感,超爽身,而且酸酸地,好開胃,正 !  第二道 - "蒸鮟鱇肝",它係深海魚既肝,食落好滑,好嫩熟,中間既柚子檸檬,d 汁好襯魚既味,配合得岩岩好 =]   第三道 - "刺身三種類",分別有:八角魚:油分有d重,師傅 suggest 我地點旁邊既煎洒。呑拿魚頭頂:雖然燒左,不過亦食得出魚既鮮味。劍魚腩肉:好香,食上口好爽硬,good!  第四道 - "槍烏賊花作",聽師傅介紹,它係由好多條白蝦砌成的!唔好講笑,真係好考功夫,砌得好精美,靚到唔捨得食 ><食上口,好爽身同鮮甜。第五道 - "松葉蟹大根",我食食下先記得影 >< 原來 d 蟹有好多咖!蟹肉是由北海道黎既,鮮味重,唔會好重鹽味,隔離既菇好香。 第六道 - "味噌燒真蠔",呢個係我推介!剛剛上

唔好講笑,真係好考功夫,砌得好精美,靚到唔捨得食 ><

我食食下先記得影 >< 原來 d 蟹有好多咖!

蟹肉是由北海道黎既,鮮味重,唔會好重鹽味,隔離既菇好香。

第六道 - "味噌燒真蠔",

呢個係我推介!

剛剛上面食完既凍野,依家來個熱食,好合時!

蠔表面落左 d 芥辣醋、麵豉醬,燒得香之餘又好食,唔會熱氣!

第七道 - "生菜天婦羅",

呢2個會有少少熱氣;

前面好似一朵花既係蕗之薹,有化啖止咳功效,佢苦苦甘甘,從未試過一定會覺得有一番新感受!

而後面果個係草蘇鐵,比我想像中唔多根。

第八道 - "八寸風鵝肝" & "蟹膏豆腐"

呢個鵝肝係凍食,佢經過蒸烹調方式,所以食上口完全唔覺得膩!

而個 "蟹膏豆腐" 超級滑,

仲有濃味蟹膏味,依家見到好想再食!

呢個有丁點酸酸地既,原來又係開胃既小食!

第十道 - "雪丹溫泉玉子飯"

日本蛋,三文魚子,加上北海道海膽,雖然坊間有好多呢種飯,

不過呢度真係好鮮甜,而且一d 都唔腥,完全可以用 fresh 來形容!

食完呢個已經好飽!

第十一道 - "海老味噌湯"

食完飯,加碗湯,真係好滿足,好似好d 飲飽食醉既感覺!

個湯 d 料好多,而且唔會好似平時d 麵豉湯一樣好咸。

第十二道 - "京花餅"

京花餅十分精美,食上口軟林林,又唔太甜,小朋友都可以食!
