To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為媽咪係會員兼生日，元氣送左張八折優惠CUPON。當然要去食番餐啦!次次來元氣都係食開果幾款壽司，今次試多左兩款食物。要了一個柱具井，飯上鋪滿柱貝絲，柱貝新鮮鮮甜，飯亦都吸收左柱貝味道，食落有陣淡淡的甜味，推介!其次係炸軟殼蟹，炸得脆卜卜，調味亦好惹味，點少少檸檬汁又幾好味，酸酸咸咸的感覺特別。不過唯一不足係，炸粉太厚，同埋好多油。而今日其他的壽司材料亦較平時新鮮，特別是三文魚呢!總括來說，今次食得幾閞心呢，加上有八折優惠，真的平好多呢，下次要再食!順帶一提，元氣近日出左好多新款甜品同雪糕，例如芒果慕思蛋糕、奶茶雪糕，好像很好味，不過價錢不便宜!
