之前聽朋友介紹銅鑼灣駱克駅有間新日本餐廳,晚餐有齊刺身、和牛、鮑魚同鵝肝等等共13款食物,定價唔駛$1,000,新開張仲有全單8折,平過一般Omakase同鐵板燒好多,所以趁星期日晚唔需要湊仔就同老婆去試試呢間新日本餐廳叫 焔HOMURA,餐廳佔駱克駅18樓全層,座位全部都係Omakase式嘅吧枱,最特別係每個座位前都有一團可變色嘅火焰,加上音樂令整個用餐環境都好有格調餐廳晚市提供左分別係9款食物同13款食物嘅套餐,價錢只差$200,加上有8折,我地當然係揀13款食物啦季節精品先付三品前菜嘅三款季節精品以盒裝上,賣相精緻,三款分別係甜蕃薯、三文魚黑蟹籽卷同埋蟹膏豆腐,三款味道都唔錯,當中蟹膏豆腐鮮味特別濃,加上軟滑口感,非常清新醒胃季節刺身三點三款季節刺身入面有我最愛嘅大拖羅、厚切嘅大拖羅油香豐腴,超級鮮甜。另外,擺盤用嘅魚缸內有一條小魚,玩味感十足火炙和牛刺身配意大利香草汁用火輕輕炙嘅和牛刺身肉質超軟腍,油脂甘香,配上香草汁同芽葱,入口油而不膩鮑魚凍餅慢煮鮑魚口感軟滑彈牙而且非常入味,伴碟嘅鮑魚肝醬鹹鮮味濃,配上北海道夢美人米同鮑魚醬汁啫喱,味道層次豐富 鵝肝茶碗蒸香滑嘅茶碗蒸配搭鵝
