To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 這品牌其下幾間的分店都嘗過,最差是這間了。其實已經試過幾次但一次又一次失望😞小炒,叉燒還可以,但要炸的菜式真的完全不行,不如在餐牌上下架好了,免得影響品牌。上次叫咗個椒鹽炸豆腐小食,一看便知不行了,炸到連色也沒有,然後加d凍炸蒜上面.....今次再試下其他啦...叫咗個三個菜,櫻花蝦炒粉絲,味道不錯,賣相也可以。之後來個菠蘿咕嚕肉,之前係旺角嗰間食過幾好味,所以比次機會試下呢間啦,點知咁簡單嘅菜式都出事咕嚕肉用全瘦肉,炸得也不香脆,做得比普通大排擋還差吧!除了分量大之外,別無可取。跟住叫咗個麥皮蝦🦐,超唔掂,簡直就是浪費晒D蝦。之前係另一間新加坡米芝蓮連鎖店吃過這菜式超好吃,見呢度都有,咪試下囉,點知一試中伏同人地真係天淵之別。麥片炒到不知所謂,一入口成口油,隻蝦原本好地地,比佢走油走到油淋淋。吃不到香脆,只吃到成口油軟....完全對不起個價錢,對不起食材,二百蚊食呢5隻蝦係完全不值
