Japanese Roast Meat Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第二次黎食燒肉午餐，係食過返尋味既，就算打八號風球都一早黎到圓方行下街，等食Early Lunch，貪無咁多人唔駛咁嘈，雖然好多鋪都無開，但咁樣清幽得黎顯得個環境好舒服，但見到所有食店都有營業仲有人潮，果然係野可以唔買，飯一定要食！上一次就食「牛腹胸肉定食」而今次就選擇「未來牛牛肋肉 Miral Beaf Karubi 未來めむろうしカルビ」，真係無揀錯，以$158呢個價錢係絕對合乎標準既，淨係睇件肉既色澤、厚度同賣相已經知道係好野，每邊燒一分鐘左右即可，入口油脂感重，有咀嚼感但有柔軟感，每一下咀嚼時油脂係牙與牙之間滲出，心感滿足！雖然只有六塊肉，但因有飯，沙律蔬菜、海帶湯及泡菜小碟連甜品雪糕糯米糍一粒，另加飲品只需$15，老實講係足夠既，貴精不貴多，份糧岩岩好，就係最好。
