To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 預告咗幾天的風球终於喺今朝掛上，當然，仲要係八號風球，好吖，可以同家人一齊飲茶啦，雖然風不是好大，雨更加沒有，喺我出門時。『東海』有人排隊，落到『稻香』，好彩，仲有位，點菜時有小小阻滯，因為自己的數據唔够强，商場wifi亦係，最後都掂咗，等點心時計吓數，五樣嘢唔使一佰蚊喎，好似好抵……買單時見到數字163.5蚊，以為是上一手，但收銀話，係你嘅，因為8號風球，計番假日價錢，哦，以前唔係咁喎，而且見唔到告示亦冇有人提醒，記得以前啲Waitress好好㗎，會提你够鐘啦，如果唔買單就沒有半價優惠啦，但今日……再認真睇番張單，茶錢收10蚊一位，咁我是否要補番2蚊，2人4蚊呢。因為枱面張單寫明禮拜一至禮拜五茶錢10蚊一位，六、日及假期收12蚊一位。
