To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 公司有同事生日 決定去一杯食lunch由於訂左位 所以唔使拎飛等 平時唔訂位有時要等好耐的  由於十多人 所以無辦法安排到一齊坐 分左兩張枱我揀左刺身定食 無加錢要飲品一個餐包括左小食, 麵豉湯, 刺身同一大碗飯小食細細碗 味道ok , 湯都係正常的麵豉湯 不會好特別 但唔會難飲刺身比想像中多款式 好開心 有六樣 基本上樣樣都好新鮮 其實次次去一杯食魚生都好新鮮 likelike三文魚腩好肥美 海膽帶子放埋一齊好鮮甜 蝦既質感亦好正 有咁多刺身可以成碗飯食哂呢個既刺身當然唔會係最頂級啦 但以呢個價錢黎講 我已經好滿足 下次同frd lunch 會再黎~
