To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

爸爸公司每年的年夜飯都會在不同地方吃buffet 試試看，這次選了九龍城晚餐buffet 六時開始，成人價錢為$358長者$198餐廳格局較為平民化不過星期六晚的食客都很少包的選擇都不少左上三款酒店自家撈起的沙律相當不錯，料很足，又不會下太多沙律醬很home made feel 的壽司🍣木糠布甸、芒果布甸、啫喱 中規中矩咁啦⋯左上冬甩🍩有點偏甜、右邊黃色芒果大福挺不錯👍🏻很軟很軟 、又彈牙movenpick 小雪櫃裝著雀巢杯裝雪糕，😅😅有熟食取的區域熟食的扇貝咕嚕斑塊很不錯噴泉是正正常
