當晚公司週年晚宴於此地舉行,還未嘗試過在這裏享用晚餐的筆者頗為興奮。大約在八時入席,而菜單大都是粵菜酒樓有的菜式。乳豬皮薄肉質嫩,味道不會過咸,配以醬汁頗為惹味。其後,開始主菜登場-生財大好市都係經典的菜式,蠔鼓、發菜、生菜。味道濃,蠔鼓較軟身。大蝦仁爽甜而且份量多,忍不多住多吃幾口。而西蘭花不會烹調得淋身,有咬口,很不錯。珊瑚蚌則正常沒特別。另一主菜,荔茸頗為大份,足足有半個拳頭之大,頗為膩口。幸好,當中有少少一片帶子作餡,增加層次感。有相為証,可以看得出湯羹十分足料,侍者會把燕窩平均攪拌。即使分開每人一碗,竹笙份量亦很多有咬口。味道不錯。另外,鵝掌烹調後淋身入味,以小棠菜作底,吸收到醬汁後,小棠菜十分清甜。而花菇頗為大粒,直到這碟,筆者已有八成飽了。清蒸的話,請講究烹蒸時間,過久的話,令含有豐富蛋白質的魚質會變硬。魚會浪費。幸好,這條青斑烹蒸時間剛剛好,肉質算嫩滑,再加上鼓油令魚質更添清甜。接下來,臨近尾聲,就到飯和面登場。炒飯面上舖滿濃郁醬汁材料,香氣迫人之外,飯質變濕潤。有冬菇粒、蝦仁粒、雞肉、菜心粒,充滿層次。美味!筆者輕嘗一口上湯生面,上湯味濃甜,令生面生色不少。其後,還有

筆者輕嘗一口上湯生面,上湯味濃甜,令生面生色不少。
其後,還有紅豆沙麻茸湯圓作甜點,由於回到坐位,侍者已分好就沒有相了。
而紅豆沙微甜配有稍甜十分有咬口的湯圓,為週年晚餐作結。
