早幾個星期見係公眾假期,就同屋企人一齊入去流浮山探險,由於紅日關係,大部分舖頭都full晒冇枱,去到最後就到咗呢間酒家。由於媽媽想懷舊一番,所以就點咗幾樣舊式海鮮,有清蒸鮑魚仔、椒鹽瀨尿蝦、豉油皇海蝦、酥炸生蠔同埋蒜蓉粉絲蒸象拔蚌,因為daddy驚唔夠飽同埋想健康啲,所以另外加咗細炒飯同埋腐乳通菜。首先上枱就係豉油皇海蝦,個size大隻到好似變種怪物咁,加埋少少椒鹽咁煮,海蝦既鮮味當堂扯咗出黎,再加上豉油皇有少少咸咸地,個種鮮味真係令人難以忘懷!不過,正正係因為呢味豉油皇海蝦咁outstanding,所以之後接住黎到既椒鹽瀨尿蝦就不幸地被比下去。唔係話唔好食,啲肉仲好甜,但係好似遊離於椒鹽之外,同椒鹽唔係太融合到,煮完之後個size同海蝦爭唔遠。跟住之到酥炸生蠔,之前係第二度食過,但之前食個啲係好細隻,仲要係本身已經有味,似係用蠔豉炸,但呢度既炸生蠔就真係用新鮮蠔炸既,所以上枱個陣就冇好似搽咗收縮水咁縮到好似手指公咁細,正正係見到佢咁大隻,令我初初唔太敢一啖咬落去,好怕係口入面水花四濺、熱力四射,好彩食落唔會,但蠔本身個隻鮮味仲可以保存到,妙矣!清蒸鮑魚仔,反璞歸真,用最簡單既煮法最能

清蒸鮑魚仔,反璞歸真,用最簡單既煮法最能夠食出最raw最original既味道,撩咗佢出黎之後夾少少蔥淋少少清蒸豉油係面頭,好味!
到到蒜蓉粉絲蒸象拔蚌,不嬲都好怕食象拔蚌,因為以前無論係叫餸食飯時食又或者係打邊爐個陣食,最後都會變成香口膠,要咬成個鐘先吞到,但今次食,二十秒就可以吞到,粉絲又入晒味。
當海鮮都一一上晒枱食晒,但菜同飯呢?好似坐上咗紅van去咗第二個國度咁,等咗好耐都未黎,最後等咗大概九個字方千呼萬喚始出來。個炒飯唔錯既,用新鮮海蝦炒,不過個菜就一般般。
總括而言,唔錯唔錯
