To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

辛苦工作咗成個星期，閒日請咗半日假唞下氣，就泥咗呢間新酒店試下食tea。酒店好新好靚，風景好優美。裝潢同硬件配置都係高質，坐得都好舒服。本身都預咗食物質素係一般，所以喺呢方面都冇太大期望，夠飽囉，味道就一般般。不過以為係一間6星級嘅渡假酒店，起碼價錢係超越6星，但服務就得3星。每次order都要等好耐先有人行過招待。經理嘅服務態度又同收費不成正比，完全唔客氣，同快餐店差唔多。相比之下其他侍應就態度好好，但人手不足都應付唔切。下午茶埋單$1000，但純粹食環境氣氛。接受到就ok囉。
