To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次幫趁,平係主因。今日推介,就係平。  乳豬先上,皮很脆 😍;未食完就上雪花蚌,味道都唔錯,跟著蟹拑,就麻麻地拉;豉油雞,好滑 。但一齊來就食唔切囉。龍躉就麻麻地新鮮,同埋細條左啲。黑蒜螺頭湯,味道特別,我地有一半人唔鐘意,但又有一半人好鐘意 可惜太多油。薈萃扒翡翠就係菇扒菜,但份量好少,以為黎錯左半圍份添跟著上伊面,飯;咦!漏左瑤柱甫噃,等下先。瑤柱就唔得拉,細粒唔緊要,但冇味又黐牙。伊面超多油,乾撈飯好濕。然後等好耐都未有雙色糕,要追,呀追。應該係紅棗糕,太軟林林。個套餐包6罐汽水,加一枝紅酒,飲唔晒可以攞走,留返屋企整紅酒燴牛尾,正。總結係12人酒樓食飯,唔使二千,都算平、快、正。

Other Info. : 家人食飯,見廣告話銀聯卡優惠$1658,早兩日打電話去訂位,但原來飲螺頭湯要先付現金$500訂金。因為唔想食翅,所以即刻去落訂,問過話可以食飯時退錢,再全數簽卡,食完埋單時就話得。
