To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大部分人趕coupon到期前用 平日夜晚6點入座唔需要等位！ 過多半個鐘出面已經企滿晒人～ 【北京填鴨 半份】$190衝住片皮鴨而來 結果有少少失望～ 覺得出面有唔少餐廳都平靚正！ 雖然有皮脆 肉質都好嫩 但好可惜係鴨皮 只有8塊 而且鴨皮張張都有折痕 一拎起已經穿晒！【鴨蛋煎蚵仔】$138好有台灣蚵仔煎感覺！ 勁推薦！ 蚵仔份量好足料！ 不過就一定要趁熱食 凍左就油到唔係太想食～ 【蟲草花炒翡翠苗】$128幾好食 又爽口 但係油得驚人 食完見到隻碟底油多到可以再炒多幾轉～【雞湯小雲吞】$78雞湯真係勁好飲 勁濃郁不過偏咸～ 雖然叫小雲呑 但份量一啲都唔小！ 8隻之餘 每隻都好足料！ 皮薄餡靚！【小籠包 6隻】 $88雖然唔係專門食小籠包 但小籠包都好ok！ 皮薄多汁 好滿足！最後想讚下serve我地既待應 真係勁好服務～
