To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我係港島人，朋友揸車話去洪水橋，就梗係上 Open Rice 揾食 10月就已經食過一次，覺得勁正，所以尋日凍凍地，咪食多次囉！因為太耐無食過雞煲，第一次只敢叫小辣，尋晚叫中辣得兩丁友，兩次都叫左 響鈴，師傅即炸，勁脆勁索汁！必叫安格斯肥牛，又嫩又滑又唔鞋，超正手打四寶丸，爽口彈牙蔬菜類，好新鮮，洗得好乾淨，打邊爐都要食下菜平衡下姐姐們服務好好，又會不時幫手睇下你個煲！湯，就自己加，好方便我一月點都要再去，咁有誠意既街坊小店，一定要支持一下其實，佢地仲有 烤魚、葯膳雞煲、椰子雞 等。。但我同朋友就鍾情於雞煲
