鄰近 K11 商場的棉登徑真是個覓食好地方。繼上次於上岸料理的日式居酒屋體驗後,這次又是那個愛嘆日本菜的飯腳拉了我去試這間日式料理店。為了不用煩惱去單點些什麼菜色,朋友便拍板點了個「嵐山二人前」套餐。海鮮沙律:新鮮的魚生,保留了天然的營養,原汁原味,除了可沾日式芥茉及醬油食用,用來做沙律一樣令人食指大動!店家在已拌勻的魚生及蔬菜上加上一抹橄欖油,再灑上海量蟹籽裝作飾,一道鮮美的刺身沙律就大功告成!刺身配上沙律菜和青芥辣後,加入自家製的沾汁,味道爽甜清鮮,是一道不論顔色或味道都非常開胃的前菜。刺身盛5點(中拖羅、油甘魚、三文魚、甘蝦、真鯛魚):與一般日本食店不同,這裡的刺身全為厚切,魚身的脂肪紋理分明,而且晶瑩剔透,色澤漂亮。入口咀嚼時,刺身本身鮮美非常,肉質柔軟細嫩且帶彈性,具淡淡的魚香和鮮甜味,不帶泥味或半分腥臭,水準極高,與醬料配合非常得宜,讓人讚不絕口。壽司:壽司方面,師傅特別製作了這三款手握壽司,分別為海膽吞拿魚楠、池魚皇、帆立貝。壽司米飯握得堅實,可以輕易用筷子完整地夾起。米飯也加入了正宗的壽司醋,味道帶有適量的微酸味,而且口感溫暖軟棉,入口鬆化,光是米飯已令人欣喜。魚生方面
