To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一間典型的港式餐廳，粥粉麵飯、小菜、點心樣樣都有，而且價位不會太離譜。 芥末牛柳粒薯仔炸得外脆內鬆化，牛柳粒炒至7成熟，口感軟嫩多汁，醬汁以用上蜜糖芥末醬調製，味道香甜帶點刺鼻。 西檸香煎軟雞雞肉以半煎炸的方式烹調，軟滑無骨，被晶瑩剔透的醬汁包裹著，檸檬汁和糖的比例剛剛好，酸酸甜甜。 菜心炒牛肉菜心翠綠不變色，牛肉又嫩又滑，口感清新。 錦鹵咕嚕豚肉百搭的糖醋汁酸酸甜甜，豬扒油脂均勻，軟腍嫩滑，每件都很掛汁，最後用上新鮮菠蘿作拌碟。
